Terms of Service

HUMAN VISION TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: October 29, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Human Vision. These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the conditions for using our website and requesting or purchasing our web design and development services.

Human Vision provides custom website design and Framer development services. By using the website, you agree to follow the rules applicable to website use. A paid project is governed by the individual proposal, statement of work, or agreement that we confirm with you, together with these Terms where incorporated into that agreement.

For questions, please contact hello@humanvision.co.

2. Using Our Website

You may browse our website, review our work, submit inquiries, and request a call without purchasing a service. Website access and inquiry submissions are generally free of charge.

To use the website, you need an internet connection and a reasonably up-to-date browser. You must not submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, or misuse our forms. You can stop using these free online services at any time by leaving the website; you may also request that we stop communicating about an inquiry.

We try to keep the website available and accurate, but may update, suspend, or change features when reasonably necessary. Any prices or timelines displayed on the website are starting points or examples unless expressly confirmed in an individual proposal.

3. Project Inquiries and Quotes

Submitting a contact form, booking a call, or sending an email does not automatically create a paid services contract or reserve a project start date.

We may request additional information to understand your requirements. After reviewing your project, we may provide a proposal specifying the scope of work, deliverables, price, payment schedule, estimated timeline, and any project-specific conditions.

A project starts only after the proposal has been accepted, any required agreement completed, and the applicable initial payment and materials received, as specified in the proposal. If there is a conflict between these Terms and an agreed project-specific document, the project-specific document takes precedence for that project, subject to mandatory law.

4. Services and Scope

Our services may include custom Framer websites, landing pages, multi-page websites, responsive development, CMS configuration, interactions, integrations, website redesigns, migrations, and related support.

Each project's included pages, features, deliverables, revisions, and post-launch support are defined by its confirmed scope. Anything not listed as includedโ€”such as additional pages, extensive copywriting, brand identity work, complex third-party integrations, or ongoing maintenanceโ€”may require a separate quote.

Changes requested after approval of the scope may affect the price and completion date. We will seek your approval before proceeding with paid out-of-scope work.

5. Pricing and Payments

Prices shown on our website are indicative unless stated otherwise in a confirmed quote. The final price and currency are set out in the accepted proposal. Applicable taxes, third-party subscriptions, hosting fees, or other external costs will be disclosed where relevant.

Our projects may require an advance payment, often 50% where specified in the proposal, with the balance due at the agreed milestone or before final handoff. The actual amounts and due dates will always be identified in the project agreement or invoice.

Payments must be made using the methods and deadlines agreed with you. If a payment is overdue, we may pause further work after giving reasonable notice, subject to applicable law. Any refund or cancellation will be assessed under Section 10 and the agreed project terms; an advance payment is not automatically non-refundable.

6. Timelines and Client Responsibilities

Delivery estimates assume timely access to required information, brand assets, content, permissions, and feedback. The project timeline normally begins once the scope is agreed and the required initial materials and payment have been received.

You are responsible for supplying accurate project instructions and content you are authorized to use. You should review the work, provide consolidated feedback within the agreed review windows, and ensure that your website's business claims, privacy notices, and industry-specific content meet your applicable legal obligations.

Delays in providing materials, feedback, approvals, or third-party access may reasonably move the delivery schedule. We will communicate material changes when they arise.

7. Feedback, Revisions, and Acceptance

The number of included revision rounds is specified in the confirmed proposal. Unless a different scope is agreed, our standard website packages are planned around two consolidated rounds of revisions rather than unlimited changes.

A revision round means one organized set of feedback on work within the agreed scope. New pages, a major change of direction, or substantial new functionality may be treated as additional work.

We will provide an opportunity to review the completed deliverables. The proposal will specify the approval and handoff process. If you identify an issue covered by the agreed scope or applicable legal rights, contact us and we will review it in good faith.

8. Hosting, Integrations, and Third-Party Services

Websites may depend on third-party products such as Framer, domain registrars, analytics tools, form providers, booking systems, payment services, and external APIs.

Unless the proposal expressly states otherwise, you are responsible for the ongoing cost of your domain, Framer plan, paid plugins, third-party licenses, and other external subscriptions. Their availability, pricing, functionality, and policies are controlled by their providers.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of services that we do not control. We will use reasonable care when configuring agreed integrations and will explain any known ongoing dependencies at handoff.

9. Intellectual Property and Portfolio Use

You retain ownership of the materials, trademarks, and content you provide, and confirm that you have the rights needed for us to use them for the project.

Once all agreed payments have been made, you receive the rights to use the final project deliverables as specified in the signed project agreement and subject to third-party licenses. Any assignment of copyright or exclusive rights must be documented in a form legally effective for the relevant rights. Where Polish law requires a written agreement for a transfer of economic copyright, these Terms alone do not replace that agreement.

Pre-existing tools, reusable code, development techniques, fonts, stock assets, and third-party components remain subject to their existing ownership and license terms. We will not represent those third-party rights as exclusively transferred to you.

We may ask to feature the completed work in our portfolio. Confidential or unpublished work will not be intentionally disclosed without appropriate authorization, and any agreed confidentiality obligations take precedence.

10. Cancellations, Refunds, and Consumer Rights

If you need to cancel or pause a project, contact us at hello@humanvision.co. We will confirm the work completed, committed expenses, outstanding amounts, and any refund in accordance with the project agreement and applicable law. We do not impose a blanket rule that all deposits are forfeited.

Where you qualify as a consumerโ€”or are entitled to equivalent protections under applicable Polish lawโ€”and enter a distance contract, statutory withdrawal and other mandatory rights may apply. For services, the usual withdrawal period is 14 days from conclusion of the contract, unless a lawful exception applies.

If you expressly request that services begin during a statutory withdrawal period, the applicable rules about proportional payment and, where permitted, loss of withdrawal rights following full performance will be explained and documented before work begins. Your mandatory statutory rights are not waived by these Terms.

For business-to-business contracts, the project-specific cancellation terms will apply to the extent permitted by law.

11. Quality, Liability, and Results

We aim to provide services with reasonable professional care and in accordance with the agreed scope. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, lead volumes, sales results, or uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms unless expressly included in a written agreement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate client-supplied materials, unauthorized third-party changes, or external services outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer protections.

Any additional project-specific warranties, maintenance periods, or limitations will be documented in the confirmed proposal or agreement.

12. Complaints and Support

If something is not working as expected, email hello@humanvision.co with a description of the issue and relevant project information. We will acknowledge and investigate the concern and explain the next steps.

Where consumer complaint rules apply, we will respond within the legally required period. For other clients, we aim to handle complaints promptly and reasonably. Nothing in this section limits any statutory remedy available to you.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Information provided through the website, forms, calls, and client communications is handled as described in our Privacy Policy at https://humanvision.co/privacy-policy.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information through ordinary contact forms or email unless we have agreed on an appropriately secure method.

14. Changes to These Terms and Applicable Law

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or applicable requirements. The revised version will be published on this page with its updated date. Changes do not retroactively alter an agreed project contract without a valid legal basis or mutual agreement.

These Terms are interpreted under applicable Polish law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules and any other non-excludable rights that apply to a particular customer. We aim to resolve concerns through direct communication before pursuing formal remedies.
